I recently purchased this book after looking at a preview of it here...

You can get it for paperback here. The layout is superb, easy to read and understand, plus it contains coloured screenshots and pictures from the game itself! I can't recommend it enough! ;-D

Thank you for posting the news. It is really cool to see that somebody likes the game so much that they'd invest the time to write a 300+-page book on it.

Do you know if it can be purchased in PDF format?

I have another black book (hardback) that covers multiple Id game engines. Not sure if it covers Wolf3D, but I know it covers scrolling platformers like Duke Nukum. Not 100% sure where it is right now.

@Ariel I think it was originally intended to be a free PDF, but as it grew in scope, that idea was abandoned. You should be able to get it as an eBook though.
