Many thanks to Arielus for improving the scorecard's formatting and adding the thread links.

I've tried to re-create the look of the actual poll results as much as possible. It may need some tweaking yet to get everything lined up "just right." Too much trial and error is needed because the forum does not have a monospace font, and the message entry is not WYSIWYG.

A very useful chart, Andy, and the new formatting looks neat as well. Brings back memories, too... I remember the contests fondly, especially the first three months. The tension associated with revealing the results, and the general atmosphere of friendly competition, are memorable experiences that I sometimes miss when browsing the forums.

It's interesting in 2014 Q1 that I recall multiple posters to the thread had qualms with and didn't vote for the winning map. Must be a lot of people who voted for it but didn't make another post.

Also interesting, that in Nov 2013 ronwolf1705 got both a win and a map with no votes. There was only one pick allowed that round though.

A statistic - aside from Nov 2013, when only one pick was allowed, there hasn't been a month in which everyone who voted chose the max number of picks. (Math: Voted x Number of picks allowed compared to Total Votes)

Here's hoping for a good Q2 pack in 3-4 weeks ... MAYBE I'll get a chance to play and judge. Big maybe though. I'll probably have the most free time right at the end of the month (July), but we'll see.

Some suggestions for discussion:

It's a bit long to read where the individual stats are, maybe eliminate the lines where the value is zero?

For the contest win/place/show tallies, add a type of token/smiley for each with a distinct color for each podium position. A gold/silver/bronze star/shield?

Perhaps the calculated "per total" ones in the individual stats are a bit trivial for most and can be deleted?

Maybe making horizontal bar lines (with colors) might make the lines easier to see and compare between the individuals. http://diehardwolfers.areyep.com/statistics.php#9 I'm not sure how possible this is as a forum user - you'd need to do quite a bit of HTML coding I think!

EDIT:

Another thought is to make the individual stats section a table and sort them by podium appearances, then average votes per map contributed. Maybe just list the top ten participants. Perhaps listing the entries that weren't voted on might discourage some from participating.

Another idea: The users are already listed in alphabetical order. Maybe they should be isolated in groups such as A-D, E-H, and so on, and each group is in a "spoiler" box.

E: I know why it wasn't working, I was right clicking and saving the link as on the mediafire uploads (oct 13 and Q2 14) like I did with the others, everything's fine now!

It doesn't really matter for anything, and as thus I don't care about how it's ultimately done, but I kind of think more than three maps should be marked only if you would actually be leaving out a tie if exactly three were marked (June 2007 is the only such case). In Q2 2014, the 1st and 2nd marks take care of a top three, while in MMC 2017, the three 1st marks are the top three.
