Hi, im new to DieHard Wolfers Forums, ive been reading through alot of posts and such, For some reason on almost every site, people seem to critisize operation bodycount, In my opinion i'd say better then Duke 3D. Anyway, Ive been looking about for Operation BodyCount Sites, like with Tools and add-ons etc on them, Like a community for Operation Bodycount. I also need a map editor for it, because i can't seem to edit maps, on WDC, and I can't use Mapedit because i use winXP. Another Question is, which game is better, Like gameplay, graphics, sounds and stuff out of Corridor 7 or OBC. Please send some links and such.

I use mapedit on Windows XP!

Well, if you want to run DOS games on XP, download VDMSound, visit this page:
Try to use VDMSound to run mapedit.

I like Operation: Body Count.
I have finished it.
I like the graphics, they look real, like real weapons and real people.
The last few levels were cool. First you are in a level and when you have finished that level you have to go back to that level and then that level looks a bit different. It looks like a bomb just went of in that level. That is so cool!

Try downloading www.areyep.com/utilities/tppatch.zip
Unzip in the directory where mapedit.exe resides.
In a command box, connect to your mapedit directory and type tppatch mapedit.exe

You should now be able to edit BC maps (at least it works here).

I tried using Mapedit 8.4 on the CD version of Body Count I have one time and while trying the new levels, the game froze. Kept freezing every time I tried. I went back to 8.3 and it worked perfectly. Has anyone else ran into that problem at all? BTW, does anyone know if 8.3 can still be found? I looked through alot of site and only found 8.4.
