You need to get the Imftools (made by Darkone)d at: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/newwolf/imftools2.zip
Just select a mirror to download. When you unzip it, read the readme file because it tells you how to extract music and even put your own in.

Or, you could use FloEdit 2.0.0.5, connect to your project and click on the Music/AdLib tab and export, go all the way to the bottom and (the music should start at Chunk 261) and hilight one and press Extract RAW BINARY DATA. Name it, then go to where you put it, it has no extension, but put an extension on it, put .imf at the end. To play IMF files, you will need WinAmp 2, don't get 3. Download Darkone's IMF_Player Pllugin for Winamp 2 which is found here: http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/newwolf/in_imf.zip?download, put the file in the Winamp's Plugin Folder wherever you installed it.

That's the best I can help you, if you are still stuck, read the readme files carefully. Good Luck.
