Thank you.

We basically want a heap of noobs to contribute- make graphics, levels, storyline, etc

If possible, someone new to creating mods with some c++ coding knowledge.

If we get enough people, hopes are that we can make a 'compilation' of levels.

We might also need the help of a Wolfer 'experianced' in making mods.

We have the following members so far in the project:
fr0nti3r - Some source coding
Maud'diub - Graphics/Sprites
Josh594 - Graphics/Sprites, some sounds
Razy - Still determined
Deathshead - Some levels

We still need more people though.

would I be counted as a newbie? probably not. I've been making mods (but not ever releasing them) for a while now. Im a "DieHard Wolfer" look above me avatar. now I'm working on a couple of mods to release, and I'm kinda on a few developement teams right now, so.. maybe I'll have to pass this one up.

Idea for our mod in terms of enemy sprites:

We each make a enemy interpretation of ourselves and blend it in to the mod? Or perhaps edit one thing each right at the end 'to leave our mark'?

Well, if you don't have enough help you guys can instead join in the dhwtc which is a community mod that is being made by several people in this forum.

We have a few map slots still open, and are redoing the sprites and objects(textures are officially done unless someone thinks they can fix up the current ones.), we still need a title screen, we need sounds, music, a statusbar, a statusbar image, and maybe a new font and menu layout. There are many things left to do, and we also believe "The more the merrier."

If you are interested please post all your questions @ www.groups.yahoo.com/group/dhwtc or pm me or email me @ 1sttriumverate@diplomats.com so I can give you more information and assignments. If you help you will be put in the credits and have a reputation for helping in one of the largest team mods for wolf3d (hopefully).

I can pretty much do anything. Walls, doors, sprites, food, weapons, enemies, sound effects. You name it.

We are going to make a Japanese theme game, e.g Ninjas, katana/sword, suriken.

I made some custom walls/doors for my current project, but I'll share some of them with you.

I made a white wall (two different sets, actually) that look like they're drywall (perfect for office buildings).

Next, I made the gold key door solid gold, and the silver key door solid silver (well, blue-silver). I only make gold key doors facing north-south, and silver key doors facing east-west, that way it appears as if the silver key only works on a totally silver door.

I turned the elevator into a wall with an exit sign on it.

I made silver metal walls, instead of blue metal. I also made the doors in the game silver instead of blue-silver.

We were thinking that it could be set in Japan with Katanas/Sowrds, suriken, Ninjas. You get the idea.

would i be classed as a noob ive been working on a pretty good wolf mod so far... only really source code changes so far such as:
textured floors and ceilings
intermission screens
readthis (put back in)

and im going to start work on a few minor thigns right now shading will come into it.
but thats only if you are interested + i will be using it for my project, and my mate twiggy wants to use it obviously i will change them too meet your needs (wepon wise etc)

I can make a few levels, but not too many since I'm a little bit busy with TGOEL right now.
And making maps is not my strongest side, so I might learn something after this project, If help is needed of course.
