Mr Bird (the games lead programmer) was nice enough to share this previously unknown tidbit about the game:

In the bottom right corner of the second level of Corridor 7, there is a well known hidden room that contains a homage to a certain well known TV franchise. Mr Bird says it was originally one of several references to said show he planned, but he was made to take them all out before release for obvious reasons. But he managed to sneak this room through.

If one looks at the map in an editor, one will note that the map has an unknown third plane and that the corridor leading to the secret room has several unknown mobjs in it; in game, these mobjs turn into solid walls preventing a player from accessing it without the debug modes noclip cheat. But, there is way to access the room without cheating, well at least in game.

Start the CD version of Corr7 (it doesn't seem to work with the floppy version) with the following three command line options: 'level1diagnostic' 'level2diagnostic' 'carpe_diem'.

I.e Corr7 level1diagnostic level2diagnostic carpe_diem

This enables the 'double push wall' feature that makes the afore mentioned unknown mobjs into double push walls (i.e. you can push them more than once); thus you can now access the room without cheating.

Before anyone says, I am aware that 'level1diagnostic' is the code that activates debug mode.
