IMF Tools is used through a command-line interface, and even with instructions, it's very difficult to use if you don't have a lot of DOS experience. I don't really recommend this utility; the tempo always jumped up and down with every Midi file I used with it. Try IMF Creator instead.

I made it with a guide it converting from what imfbe. I wanted to be useful instead of Imf Creator.

What exactly is IMF Tools doing that IMF Creator doesn't? If the IMF isn't coming out right, you need something that can change the Midi file before it's converted. I use Anvil Studio to do these things. Anvil Studio can change the Midi files in any way you need, and it's 100% free. It can't "bend" the notes of a Midi file, but it can do just about everything else.

I use it to compose my own music for Wolf3D, which you can find below.
