There's Code Crackers, SDL Code Crackers, and then there's Code Tutorials.

I was thinking maybe a section called ECWolf Code Crackers would be useful, for the discussions that involve modding the ECWolf code, and that there could also be the inclusion of ECWolf code tutorials in the Code Tutorials section.

I suggest this because ECWolf is expanding, and now it seems that mods are made for DOS, SDL, and ECWolf these days. All 3 are used a lot, and I think it would be fair to include it somewhere here so the "Code Crackers" can stay somewhat reserved for the DOS code.

If there are enough questions and posts about it, a section like that might come into fruition. But the new posts I've seen involving ECWolf are few and far between. Most of the problems that are posted are usually completely resolved in two or three posts, and there's been less then ten such issues I've seen posted about it since its release. That covers a timespan of several years, which is pretty impressive IMO.

Ok as someone who is I guess now more of an outsider who checks for updates, what is ECWolf?

It's another source port of Wolf3D, but it supports more features than Wolf4SDL currently uses. You can learn more about it here.
