Well, after far too long (sorry about that), it's finally here!

The DHW Totengräber Mapset is a 21-level set for the classic Project Totengräber, with maps contributed by:

Also, if anyone finds any bugs, let me know. I didn't end up testing all the maps myself, but I haven't noticed any gameplay bugs.

Glad to see this finally released! Smile

However, I am encountering weird errors/bugs. First of, the menu, change view and read this has weird flashes for some reason (I see this in every SDL mod, guess it's because of Win10). Second, if I load a game the music stops playing and the sounds (like the wallhug or the item pickup sounds) are playing in an interesting pitch and if I save my game like this the savegame file ends up corrupted and if I try to load it I am getting an SD_StartMusic: Illegal startoffs provided! error.


(On a side note: I've encountered with blind and deaf enemies on the first map in a room to the right from the starting room. I've checked the map and noticed all the secret rooms got different floor code than the room they're connected with)

I got the same error sd_startmusic without doing anything. I just started the game and control was in start menu, i kept it idle for sometime to listen the music and then game closed itself with this error.

Working great for me in Wine. Up to Level 6 and haven't had any startoffs errors, but I only save at the start of each level as backup, might be a good temporary solution for the "savescummers" (forgot who came up with that term, probably Aryan Laughing).

This is not a bug really, just a spelling mistake: it should be "Castle Schattenspender".

German native here, you know.

I just began level 1. Looks cool so far. And I like the new machine gun. Very Happy

Started to play this.
Maps look like fun. I appreciate design originality and how effective enemies are at killing you - which is their purpose.

Not a fan of the maze-type design of parts of map 2, but the rest of the map looks good.

Hmm, odd. I'm not sure why you're getting the sound error, I played a decent amount and never had any such issue (although I have seen it happen before elsewhere, I wasn't able to replicate it); you could try running with ---nodblbuf to see if it fixes the flickering.

Well I managed to bring my savegame file back to life by turning off all sounds and music and load the game like that, but those flashes don't cause that much harm it's just a bit annoying.

What is WINE?

Level 21 gives me a crash going forward then to the right at the start, and rubbing against the 'invisible wall'.

WINE is windows emulator for Linux. You can run windows programs in Linux with it.

I thought the same as doomjedi. Are you talking about the slime maze or the purple maze section serpens?
